Return & Refund Policy
At Askar Interiors, all our products are made to order and customized according to the customer’s selected size, colour, and specifications.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or cancellations for non-defective or change-of-mind orders once production has started.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the case:
- Replacement of the defective part
- Repair
- Full or partial refund
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted only for defective products.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made and bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective items, return shipping costs will be covered by Askar Interiors.
- For non-defective items, returns are not accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective products only.
