1. General Information

Askar Interiors operates as a UK-based company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke Media Walls. All products are custom-made and built to order according to the client’s specifications.

2. Orders and Design Approval

Once your design and quotation are approved, production begins immediately. Because all items are made to order, it is essential that all details — dimensions, finishes, and features — are confirmed before production. Any changes requested after approval may affect delivery time or incur additional costs.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or installation. All payments are processed securely, and full invoices are provided electronically.

4. Production and Lead Time

Typical production time is between 3 to 5 weeks from the date of design approval. This may vary depending on material availability, customization level, or seasonal demand. You will be notified of your estimated completion date upon confirmation.

5. Delivery and Installation

We provide nationwide delivery and optional professional installation services across the UK. Installation schedules are arranged once your Media Wall is complete and the site is ready. Safe and accessible delivery conditions are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Product Warranty

All Askar Interiors products include a 12-month warranty covering workmanship and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or alterations made by third parties. Optional extended aftercare services are available upon request.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

As all products are made to order, cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are not applicable once production begins, except in cases of verified manufacturing error or damage. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on the Askar Interiors website are the property of Askar Interiors Ltd. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement. We comply fully with the UK GDPR and maintain the highest standards of data protection.
